The Warranty period commences from the date of collection or delivery of the goods.

This Warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“Australian Consumer Law”).

The benefits provided in our Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law and any other laws about the products to which this Warranty relates.

This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product with a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear or a natural characteristic of the material used.

This Warranty does not cover products used for commercial purposes.

Exclusions: Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, this Warranty does not apply to any products sold as seconds, floor stock, ex-display or products that have a defect that has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product.

The Warranty will not apply if:

  • The product has not been used or maintained by the manufacturer’s instructions as provided with the product
  • Its normal wear and tear
  • Damage occurring during your own transporting of the goods (collection)
  • Insignificant or minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain, or finish

You may not be entitled to a refund or exchange if:

  • You change your mind
  • You decide you cannot afford the item
  • The product does not fit into your house or the space you were looking to place the item

Chelsea Furniture has a contract with Guardsman in furniture care. You have a 5-year warranty on your furniture with Guardsman in furniture care if you buy the warranty on the same perches’ day. It includes ALL ACCIDENTAL ATTAINS AND ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE FOR 5 YEARS. *

You must buy Guardsman furniture care from our store to access Chelsea furniture warranty.

Also, we need a minimum 20% deposit to order our furniture for the next container. The deposit is not refundable for any direct order.

Delivery, please note:

  • Chelsea furniture cannot guarantee the packages to be delivered on time if the payment is not finalised at least two business days before the delivery.
  • Chelsea furniture is not responsible for delivering packages if the provided delivery address is incorrect.

Once your delivery is confirmed, we will send your furniture to your delivery address. We will send the installation team if you require the exact delivery day.

You should contact Chelsea furniture 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to cancel installation or delivery time. You can send the invitation link to all the participants.

Warranty Mattresses

We Stand behind our Quality. Our mattresses come with a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty. see below for terms & conditions.

Body impressions:

The sleeping panel on your mattress is made up of a combination of foam and comfort fibers, and when the mattress is new you will notice that the panel is uniform in appearance. However, as the mattress wears, those layers will respond to your body and consequently, will reduce marginally in the loft. This is completely normal and highlights that the layers are performing as they should. This marginal reduction in loft does not affect the performance, support or lifespan of the mattress.

The Warranty will not apply if:

  • Mattress fabric including stains, soiled or burns.
  • Damaged or torn handles should only be used to position the mattress and not be used to support the full weight of the mattress.
  • Border wires, which run along the perimeter of the mattress and foundation, bent due to moving or bending the mattress (unless specifically designed for use on an adjustable base).
  • Bedding sold as is.
  • Bed height.
  • Comfort preference, or any adjustments to comfort layers.
  • Heat issues.
  • Damage due to abuse.
  • New mattress material odor.
  • Mattress damage due to inappropriate foundation. A mattress is designed for full performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of a total sleep set (refer to slat and platform beds).
  • Minor manufacturing anomalies that do not impact the performance of the bed. (e.g., mis-stitching on quilting).
  • Any mattress that has or displays any of the above stains or damages are NOT covered and will make any warranty claims null and void.
  • We strongly suggest the use of a mattress protector at all times to ensure your mattress is in good condition so as not to void any potential warranty claims due to stains or marks.
  • Mattress comfort or damage caused by the use of the incorrect or poorly made bed or bed base. See our Frequently Asked Question page for more detail.

Delivery and pick-up charges:

Please note: We are committed to ensuring all of our mattresses are made to the highest quality and therefore will repair or replace any manufacturing faults, however, please be advised that if we agree to return a mattress for repair or replacement and no manufacturing fault is found the pick-up and re-delivery fee will be your responsibility and will need to be paid in full before us returning the mattress to you.

Warranty overview:

oasissleep.com.au (“Oasis Sleep”, “Oasis”, “Serenity”, “Serenity Mattress”, “we”, “us”) provides the original owner/purchaser of an Oasis mattress (“you”) with a lifetime warranty (“warranty”) against certain product defects during the full period of the original owner’s ownership and use. In the event of a defect, we will repair the defect or replace it with a then-current comparable model and size of your Oasis Mattress.

For the entire lifespan of your Oasis mattress, we will replace your mattress with a brand-new Oasis mattress free of charge.

To qualify for the Oasis lifetime warranty:

  • Your Oasis mattress must be used on an appropriately sized and suitable bed frame or base (refer to warranty terms and conditions).
  • A suitable mattress protector must be used at all times fully covering your Oasis mattress.
  • You must rotate your Oasis mattress routinely at least once a week for the first 3 months and monthly thereafter.

The warranty will not cover the Oasis mattress if it has been abused, burned, misused, or damaged by improper use.

Oasis sleep mattress warranty eligibility:

This lifetime warranty applies to the genuine owner of an Oasis mattress. Your Oasis mattress must be used on an appropriately sized and suitable bed frame or base. The warranty will not be honored if a suitable waterproof mattress protector has not been used as per warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage:

The Oasis mattress warranty covers all defects as defined below for as long as you own the Oasis mattress.

Covered defects:

The following shall be considered as a defective (collectively “defects”) mattress. Should your Oasis mattress meet the below criteria as determined solely by us:

  • Visible indention or sag on the Oasis mattress greater than three (3) centimeters that is not a result of improper use, an improper bed, bed base or foundation.
  • A manufacturing flaw in the cover zipper – this does not include zipper breakage resulting from improper or overuse of zipper.
  • A physical flaw in the construction of the cover, such as fabric tearing or stitch unravelling, that does not stem from improper use.

What is not covered:

Problems and issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use are not subject to this lifetime warranty. The intended use of your Oasis mattress is for sleeping, resting, laying on and reasonable physical activity, any other use of this Oasis mattress shall be considered misuse of the Oasis mattress and will void your lifetime warranty.

Exclusions from the lifetime warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any improper use of the Oasis mattress.
  • Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.
  • Stains, tears, burns, and discolouration that occur over time and/or are caused by the purchaser. Note: foam discolouration may occur from light exposure
  • Indents, sagging, or body indentations less than three (3) centimetres deep.
  • Personal opinions or preferences regarding the softness, firmness or attributes of a mattress.
  • Any Oasis mattress purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted or in anyway not in possession of the original owner (as shown on the invoice).
  • Any Oasis mattress purchased from a non-authorized Oasis distributor.
  • Physical damage to the Oasis mattress.
  • Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.
  • Damage caused by animals, rodents or children.
  • Naturally occurring aromas from foam, cotton, or other materials.

Making a warranty claim:

To submit a claim relating to a defect with your Oasis mattress, please refer to our (Contact Page) and call one of the helpful team members.

What information we need:

  • The order number and/or first and last name of who placed the order.
  • A brief description of the alleged defect.
  • Photos or short videos documenting the alleged defect.
  • Upon receipt of your claim, you will receive a response from us within 7 business days.

Your warranty remedy:

If we, at our sole discretion, determine that your defect is legitimate as per this warranty: For the entire lifespan of your Oasis mattress, we will replace your Oasis mattress or required foam replacements with a brand new one free of charge.

Warranty limitations and disclaimers:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and/or suppliers make no representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied, beyond those outlined in this warranty and our marketing materials.

Each of those parties disclaims any warranties or conditions, express, statutory or implied. some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or conditions, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. No warranties extend beyond the face of this contract, and our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Oasis mattress.
